Labors Lifelong Learning program & Internal Teachers Training Courses

Solar plus company and Taichung city general industrial association organized the Labors Lifelong Learning program in July. The goal is to teach the managers the importance of leading a group and internal communication.

In August, the other program is about Internal Teachers Training Courses, Internal teachers are crucial on the passing knowledge to new members in the company. Each company has their own culture; every training program are custom made by these seed teachers. How to design a suitable class for the target team is the main goal of this training program. We did learn a lot from the teachers Adler Cheng and An-Jia Cheng, and we hope there will be more classes from these two mighty teachers.
