Environmental
In 2010, Solar plus company installed an R.T.O. (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) to recycle organic gases generated during tape production, achieving energy regeneration. In May 2024, Solar plus company was certified for ISO14064-1 greenhouse gas emission standards. In July of 2025, we passed climate action training of Shift Cycling Culture certificated.
Social
Solar plus company initiates internal charity events for disadvantaged groups and disaster relief, contributing to society and the world.
In
November 2021, the company established the Sheng Xin Shu Association in
Taichung City, learning in Kyocera philosophy and the Amoeba management system.
This aims to improve the management of enterprises in central Taiwan, the
spirit of personal growth and business expansion to contribute to human
societal development.
Governance
Solar plus company promotes Inamori's management philosophy, using Kyocera's principles as the foundation for internal management. Through the Amoeba system, the company ensures transparent management and hourly profit calculation, conveying the concept of daily accounting to every employee. At the company, every employee is considered a business operator.
