PI tape a.k.a. Kapton tape, the specialty is high temperature resistance and no residue after peeling off. The tape is also called KA105 in electronic industry which model was invented by Solar plus company decades ago.

Single sided PI tape is for gold finger masking in re-flow process. Double sided PI tape can be used as oven dust remover or reusable for temporary fixing substrates. There are also custom size tapes for IC substrate cutting and protection application, the application is highly variety in electronic industry.
