This year's Taiwan Semicon broke a new record for the event. According to official statistics, there were a total of 1,100 participating companies, with around 85,000 attendees. The surge in attendance is largely thanks to the industrial revolution brought about by the emergence of AI industry.

The day before the semiconductor exhibition, SEMI established the Silicon Photonics Alliance, led by TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) and ASE Group, serving as a precursor to SEMICON Taiwan. The focus was on the semiconductor industry's "The Next Big Thing."

Solar plus company also participated in this exhibition in the application materials section at the Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. We showcased our latest semiconductor tape products, including UV release grinding tapes, dicing tapes, thermal release tapes, and various heat-resistant packaging tapes. The main theme of our booth was designed to clearly demonstrate the semiconductor manufacturing process and the corresponding tapes that can be used, allowing attendees to understand the wide variety of innovative tapes available for semiconductor processes.

This year, the latest product showcased by Solar plus company was a 240~260°C thermal release tape, which can be applied in all stages of the manufacturing process, helping to shorten production times and improve efficiency. This product became the most discussed new item at our booth.
