We were highly honored and enthusiastic to welcome the teaching staff from Taichung City's Zhuzikeng Elementary School (Dali District) on November 26, 2025, for a professional growth visit and exchange.
Entering the High-Tech Industry: Technical Exchange and Visionary Inspiration
Since its establishment in 1980, Solar plus company has focused on the field of semiconductor process tapes and functional films. Our products are widely used semiconductor industry such as wafers, LEDs, and PCBs production process, making us a highly representative local high-tech material R&D and manufacturing company in Taichung.During the visit, we provided a site tour and a corporate briefing to demonstrate the stringent processes from material R&D to manufacturing management. We hoped this would help educators gain a more intuitive understanding of how local industries continuously transform and upgrade, and recognize the crucial position of technology in the future industry supply chain. We anticipate that this technical exchange will provide teachers with firsthand industry material to Inspire students' interest and vision for future careers and scientific fields.
Practicing Inamori Philosophy: Corporate Culture Growth and Sharing
Beyond the hardware and technical display, the focus of this exchange was Solar plus company's unique management philosophy and corporate culture. Under the long-term promotion of Chairman Zeng Yuji, we adhere to Kazuo Inamori's core concept of "Altruism and Respect for the Divine and Love for Humanity," implementing it in every aspect of corporate management and daily decision-making.We shared how we use platforms, such as the "Taichung City Seishinjuku Management Association," to study and refine our practices alongside other central Taiwan entrepreneurs, with the goal of "elevating the mind and forging character." We firmly believe that a solid philosophical foundation is the driving force for a business's sustainable Growth. Witnessing the teachers’ enthusiastic response and in-depth questions regarding the integration of character education and corporate culture, we are further convinced that industry and education share a common goal in cultivating the core competencies of the next generation.

We sincerely appreciate the active involvement and profound reflection demonstrated by the Zhuzikeng Elementary School teaching team.
