The TPCA Show 2025 took place from October 23 to 25 at the Taipei Convention Center. Taiwan’s semiconductor industry not only dominates the world in front-end processes but also excels in the back-end electronics sector. The chairman of Unimicron Technology, stated that current market demand is still focused on the AI industry, especially in glass substrates used in advanced processes, where Taiwan continues to hold the leading position globally.

Solar plus company produces double-sided UV tape, in addition to its applications in front-end semiconductor processes, is seeing expanding market demand in the cutting, carrying, and protection of glass substrates. At this year's TPCA show, we observed that many Japanese companies set up booths, highlighting the significance of the semiconductor industry in Northeast Asia. 

The upcoming semiconductor exhibition, Semicon Japan, in December is so popular that securing a spot is challenging. Solar plus company will also participate in Semicon Japan for the first time.

We plan to showcase our latest semiconductor tapes at Semicon Japan, including UV dicing tape, high temperature thermal release tape, wafer back grinding tape, and PI tape, introducing these innovations to our Japanese partners.
